AUSSI Masters Swimming Club is a social club with a swimming problem...
Swimming is a gentle exercise that provides a fantastic all over workout, no
matter what your fitness level is.
If you are over 20 years of age and would
like to improve your fitness in a fun and friendly environment, please get in
touch or pop in for a trial session.
We swim at 8am on Saturday mornings at the
Lakeside Leisure Centre in Lakeside Way, Raymond Terrace. An entry fee to the
pool is payable.
